Shipping policy

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, and because each item is handmade with care and precision, the processing and preparation time for each order may take 9 to 12 business days. During this time, we carefully craft the product by hand, verify the order, and package it with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days, for both domestic and international orders.

We ship worldwide, making sure our products can reach customers in any country.
